📦 Order Inspection & Replacements

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with clear photo proof.

Hassle-Free Plant Replacements: We have a no-haggle policy for replacing damaged plants. If your plant arrives in poor condition, we will send a free replacement of the same or a similar plant—you only cover the shipping cost. No need to return the damaged plant.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Order Cancellations: Cancel within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
Live Plants & Food Items: No returns or exchanges unless canceled within the first hour.
🌱 Damaged Plants: If your plant arrives damaged, we will provide a free replacement—just pay for shipping.


💰 Refunds

If a refund applies, it will be processed within 2 business days and credited to your original payment method.
