Shipping Timeframes

🚚 We use USPS Priority Shipping for all live plants, pods, and seeds.

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • USPS Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3-6 business days (processing + shipping)

📦 Other Product Categories:

  • Merch & Novelty Items: 6-10 business days
  • Garden Accessories: Up to 15 business days

📦 Shipping Liability & USPS Policy

At Tasty Pepper™, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, once your package has been handed over to USPS or another carrier, we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues that may arise.

🔹 Situations Beyond Our Control Include But Are Not Limited To:

Delayed or Extended Delivery Times – Once shipped, transit times depend on the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages – If tracking shows "Delivered," but you did not receive the package, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or household members. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Wrongful Delivery by USPS or Other Carriers – If the carrier delivers to the wrong address, please contact them directly to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages Due to USPS Handling – Any damages caused in transit must be reported to the carrier.

📌 Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as Delivered to an Individual but you did not receive it, we recommend filing a claim with USPS immediately. While we cannot issue automatic refunds or replacements, we understand that stolen packages can be frustrating. In the event of a stolen package, we will work with our customers on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution.

✍️ Signature Confirmation: Although not required, we highly recommend that customers opt for signature confirmation at checkout for added security. This ensures your package is handed directly to you, reducing the risk of theft or misdelivery.
