Live Plant Purchase Disclaimer:
Please Read Before Purchasing our live plants!
Our live plants are grown indoors under controlled conditions. To ensure their long-term health, plants must be properly hardened off before being placed outdoors. Hardening off is the gradual process of introducing plants to outdoor conditions—sunlight, wind, and temperature changes—over the course of 21days.
-
Post-Delivery Care – Once plants are received, it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide proper care, including gradual acclimation to outdoor conditions.
-
Environmental & Growing Conditions – We are not responsible for plant loss or damage due to improper hardening off, extreme weather, neglect, pests, or other environmental factors after delivery.
-
Shipping Risks – While we take great care in packaging, plants may experience minor stress during transit (e.g., slight leaf drop, bent stems). This is normal and does not affect long-term growth. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours with photos if there are any concerns.
-
No Returns on Live Plants – Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
